- Someone who has banking background and knowledge in banking products (eg. loans, deposits, credit cards, credit risks, market risks etc.)
- Business Analyst from business background
- Good in using SQL and have analytic skills - need to write SQL queries to pull out big data and to understand (analyse) the data which are pulled out – is a must
- Someone who has risk background (bank) would be advantage
- Able to do user testing, write test cases and do testing for large volume of data
