Our client is a leading player in an automotive industry. They are looking for a property executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central.
Duties:
- Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment (e.g., telephone, lifts, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing).
- Ensure all systems are functioning well; source quotations and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine inspections across various facilities within the Group.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/vendors on maintenance, repairs, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relavant experience
