12-Month Contract: Renewable annually subject to performance.
Job Objectives:
- Plan and build seamless Kafka, MQ as a Service.
- Automate middleware deployment on VM or Container Platform.
- Involve in projects and support middleware for the application team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical SME for middleware (e.g., Kafka, IBM MQ), providing expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Implement and deploy middleware on VM or container platform.
- Responsible for the implementation of service continuity measures, such as HA procedures and disaster recovery plans.
Key Requirements:
- Key Skillset: Confluent Kafka.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience/knowledge of Virtual Machine, Linux, containerized platforms, and programming skills in MQ, Kafka.
- Preferred: IBM Connect Direct, Windows, CI/CD pipeline, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
