Salary: Up to $3500
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)
Location: Golden Agri Plaza (5 mins from Pasir Panjang MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee housing operations, including setup, maintenance and communication.
- Oversee utility billing and ensure accurate charges for each resident.
- Coordinate with housing providers on various housing related issues.
- Maintain and update housing information in a centralized system.
- Organize and file documents related to employee housing.
- Liaise on behalf of colleagues with housing agents, landlords and other parties regarding move-in/out procedures, key management, purchasing furniture and supplies, repairs, inspections, lease agreements and more.
- Assist the HR department with recruitment and onboarding tasks as needed.
- 80% HR Admin and 20% traveling to foreign employee accommodation such as dorm and condos located across islandwide Woodlands, Tampines, Kranji, Tuas and etc… Will be traveling together with the Accommodation Executive
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimal diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel islandwide to visit the dormitory as and when needed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
