We are a leading local Japanese subsidiary company that provides facilities management and maintenance services and is looking for an Executive Assistant to be part of our expanding business within Singapore.
Job Description:
· Provide full administrative and executive business support and secretarial work to the Management team.
· Preparation of monthly management reports, presentation material and recording of meeting minutes.
· Support accounting team for data entry and maintain accurate and thorough finance data records, and project teams for following up on the status of projects/cross-functional tasks and assignments.
· Handle any company related matter which may include operations, general affairs.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, project management, or engineering
· Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and sensitive information.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and basic accounting knowledge.
· Bilingual in English and Japanese (Proficiency JLPT N2 or higher) to liaise with the Japanese HQ and with Japanese-speaking 3rd parties. Able to do translation from Japanese to English and vice versa.
· Able to work with deadlines and prioritize work schedule.
· Familiar with Facilities Management and construction industry an added advantage.
Remuneration commensurates with qualification and experience.
