Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost budgeting, project supervision, and certification of final accounts for multiple projects at the client’s premises.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and meet the targeted timelines.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports on projects, adhering to the set timelines, targets, and budget expenditure.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure timely submissions to authorities for project commencement and obtaining TOP/CSC.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in M&E such as ACMV, and Electrical services
- Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
