Administrative Assistant

The Hacens Talent Pte. Ltd.

12-month contract with the chance of annual renewal based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quotation requests.
  • Track and monitor the status of internal teams.
  • Maintain and update the assets inventory list.
  • Track and monitor various documentation statuses for hardware purchases.
  • Liaise with internal users and external parties on quotation requests.
  • Good Excel spreadsheet skills, including VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Basic Outlook email knowledge is essential.
