SALES MANAGER
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive regional business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience in AGVs, robotic applications, and new energy fields
- Selling welding machines and machine tools will be preferred .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with MNCs and government agencies in the automation industry
