Work under supervision of NM / DNM / Supervisor / NC/ CI / RNIC / NA to perform nursing care for residents. Assist to implement care interventions for the residents.
Assist to Assess Resident’s needs on for each shift throughout their stay in Nursing Home.
Conduct rounds to ensure residents are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate / timely treatment and follow up on progress of residents with NM / DNM / Supervisor / NC/ CI / RNIC / NA.
Basic Nursing Care - Diaper Changing, Feeding, Showering.
