Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to provide exceptional support to estate residents and ensure high-quality property management.
- Conduct comprehensive daily estate inspections to assess maintenance needs and uphold high standards of horticulture and property upkeep.
- Implement necessary improvement works based on inspection findings to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants, addressing feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administer lease agreements, including the negotiation and renewal of leases, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Manage and resolve arrears cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with financial policies and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective property maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, feedback, maintenance activities, and arrears cases to ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
