Job Responsibilities
· Managing the full life-cycle recruitment including actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process
· Manage recruitment tracking activities in ATS
· Prepare recruitment reports
· Partnering and working alongside with HRBPs, People Operations teams and/or recruitment agencies will be required.
