Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage a team of lift technicians for efficient and safe lift operations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and preventive tasks to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Respond promptly to lift breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular lift inspections and tests to identify and address potential issues.
- Supervise contractors for upgrades or improvements, ensuring project specifications and timelines are met.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex lift issues and respond to resident and stakeholder inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and service reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to address lift concerns and implement service improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in engineering industry
- Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
