Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (flexible)
About the Role:
The ideal candidate shall be a hands-on employee who are proactive and results driven. He/she shall demonstrate strong self-management and self-discipline while working independently with minimum supervision. He/she is required to self-govern and ensure productivity.
Admin Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the office and maintain smooth running of all administrative processes.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties to director.
- Manage and maintain office facilities including coordinate with building management for maintenance/repairs, vendor contracts, office functions/layout, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Accounting Duties:
- Prepare and maintain full set of monthly accounts.
- Handle and process company receipts and payments.
- Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations and statement of accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, annual audit process and annual reports.
- Handle simple accounts consolidation.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and annual filings.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Competent in accounting and admin process with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with director directly.
