JOB ROLE
· React actively in recovery of daily machines & accessories breakdown (MB down time)
· To carry out tasks in facility infrastructure repair & maintenance (Aircon, building, drainage,
flooring, roof top, etc)
· To perform preventive maintenance program on facilities & machineries
(Compressor, cooling tower, molding machines, etc)
· Carry out effective trouble shooting & rectification actions during repair & maintenance task
· To perform molding machine screw cleaning upon request
· To perform repair tasks on accessories upon request (Machine fault, hot oil controller, water controller, chiller, crusher, matrial hopper, etc)
· Perform facility & maintenance recording for traceability needs
· Monitoring & escort external sub-con in carrying out repair & maintenance tasks within company premise
· Carry out all repair & maintenance tasks in safe order
