Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads in the Singapore market by utilizing various channels and portals.
- Assist the business development team to create sales presentations and proposals.
- Providing administrative support to the BD team, including organizing paperwork, maintaining records, and processing orders.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure execution of sales orders.
- Assisting BD team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients
- Coordinating sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handling customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting the BD team in submission of Tender bid within the time frame.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development.
