Personal Assistant

Prima Food Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of secretarial duties including minutes taking, schedule appointment/meetings, travel arrangements, incoming correspondences and email as well as office administration;
  • Processing all sorts of reimbursements
  • Documentation circulation, managing of sponsorship requests for Prima Taste customers and filing;
  • Annual ordering of calendars and diaries as well as sending of greeting cards to distributors and clients
  • To manage the inventory of Prima Taste samples
  • Providing support for office related admin
  • Primary back-up to the secretary for sales department(Prima Limited)

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Secretarial Administration/ Administrative Management or Business Administration;
  • 2 years' working experience in similar position;
  • Possess high level of initiative, meticulous, multi-tasking and with strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Well-versed in the application of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
