Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of secretarial duties including minutes taking, schedule appointment/meetings, travel arrangements, incoming correspondences and email as well as office administration;
- Processing all sorts of reimbursements
- Documentation circulation, managing of sponsorship requests for Prima Taste customers and filing;
- Annual ordering of calendars and diaries as well as sending of greeting cards to distributors and clients
- To manage the inventory of Prima Taste samples
- Providing support for office related admin
- Primary back-up to the secretary for sales department(Prima Limited)
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Secretarial Administration/ Administrative Management or Business Administration;
- 2 years' working experience in similar position;
- Possess high level of initiative, meticulous, multi-tasking and with strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Well-versed in the application of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
