Key Responsibilities
- Support and service the current client base
- Help maintain and grow a strong client base
- Identify prospective customers and new target segments
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Assist in identifying sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly
- Stay updated with industry trends and benchmarks
- Attend educational seminars and conferences
