Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell the company's solutions to clients.
- Identify and prospect new leads and opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide guidance on the best solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and prepare proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to successful implementation and support post-sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the technology and thermal, cooling solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Data Center is preferred.
