Sales Manager (Thermal/Cooling/CRM)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell the company's solutions to clients.
  • Identify and prospect new leads and opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide guidance on the best solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and prepare proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to successful implementation and support post-sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the technology and thermal, cooling solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Data Center is preferred.
