Job Summary:
- As the Treasury Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the organization's global treasury functions. Your role will encompass overseeing cash flows, liquidity, and risk management while ensuring efficient fund allocation across various markets and currencies. By working closely with internal teams and financial institutions, you will support the organization's financial stability and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily treasury and payment operations, including cash flow and liquidity management, accurate settlement and payment control, and process optimization.
- Strategic Fund Management: Direct the global allocation of funds across different regions, business units, and investment opportunities.
- Financial Institution Liaison: Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, establish and manage banking facilities, and address banking service issues effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyses for the accounting team on topics such as foreign exchange results, cash flow activities, bank loan management, interest expenses, and bank fees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting requirements in various jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in treasury management.
- Ability to manage varying interest rates in regional and cross-border treasury transactions.
- Strong relationships with banks.
- Regional experience (preferably in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Vietnam) or other relevant regional exposure.
- Knowledge of liquidation duties.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
