- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Divine Space Construction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the design and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design and build processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
