Your new role
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
- Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
- Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
- Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
- Process daily bill check/refund
- Any other project work that may be assigned
- May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in any discipline from a polytechnic with at least 1 – 2 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
