We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reinforced Concrete Work Supervisor to oversee and manage our reinforced concrete construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety, within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the reinforced concrete work crew.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan and schedule work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project completion.
• Inspect and verify quality of work, ensuring adherence to design specifications and technical drawings.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and labor hours.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Train and mentor junior staff and workers in proper construction techniques and safety practices.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of local experience in supervising reinforced concrete works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in reinforced concrete works.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
