Job Description & Requirements
- Manage Sales Activities including address customers' enquiries, invoices & delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations and collection of payments.
- Perform support to sales admin & marketing functions.
- Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement. Updating data, filing and others sales support.
- Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other Ad-hoc sales & admin duties assigned.
- Follow up marketing channel management.
- Propose and conduct build-up of an efficient net-work of distributors in assigned territory.
- Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned market.
- Co-operate with distributors working with their customers such as retailers, contractors, specifies to gain some key sales & marketing objectives in respect of sales volume, market coverage, retail chain-efficiency and so on.
- Build up networking with construction companies, contractors, specifiers, board of project management.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration / Management Studies / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Having a minimum of 1 years working experience in sales will be an added advantage.
- Possess basic materials and market trend knowledge
- Knowledge of cemen and concrete technology or building materials
- Knowledge of latest product trends and activities
- Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills for reporting and presentation purposes
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent
