Job Description
- Familiar to Building services (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) code requirement and basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC.
- Experiences for coordination with architecture, C&S and process team for M&E Space, maintenance and fire exit routing,
- Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
- Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors.
- Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor.
- Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan.
- Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors’ installation.
- Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection.
- Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC,
- Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building M&E Service (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) , Mechanical and Eletrical Engineering,
- Min 5 years’ experiences
- Experience of design and coordination skill,
