Job Purpose:
Ensure efficient sales operations by providing comprehensive administrative support and excellent customer service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process phone and email orders accurately and perform data entry. Create sales orders in Synergix system and validate delivery orders.
- Track orders and deliveries, offering real-time customer support by coordinating with delivery vendors.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential sales opportunities. Generate leads through research and contact potential customers via phone or email.
- Maintain customer database, track sales contracts, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales-related activities.
- Assist customers promptly with inquiries or requests to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer feedback using a customer-centric approach.
- Possess a strong understanding of bakery products, including specifications, delivery terms, pricing, and promotions.
Other Duties:
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
Education
· Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business/Marketing
Experience
· Min. 2 years experience in customer service role
· Work experience in the manufacturing, food industry or e-commerce operations is preferred

· Proficient in MS Office and S systems.
