Responsibilities:
- Support Product Development: Assist in developing new products or features by gathering customer requirements during the O&M and commissioning periods and collaborating with internal teams such as design, engineering, and marketing.
- Documentation and Coordination: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to product specifications, requirements, and project timelines. Coordinate communication and meetings between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Customer Support: Work closely with customer support teams to provide solutions throughout all project phases, including pre-sale, commissioning, and post-sales support. Address product-related inquiries, issues, and feedback from customers.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor products and industry trends to understand market dynamics and identify potential areas of differentiation or improvement for our products.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B product management
- This role requires communication with shareholders and stakeholders in China. Therefore, proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
- Prior internship experience in Renewable Energy, Energy, or Building-related fields is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to contribute to the success of cutting-edge products.
