Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange shipments of goods.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Communicate with shipping providers and carriers to track and monitor shipments.
- Resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain records of shipping activities and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shipping area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma or GCE “N” Level qualification
- At least 1 year of shipping operation experience
- Prior knowledge of cross-trade shipments in an added advantage
