YOUR ROLE:
You will use your talents in software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client projects and build or be part of a high performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide full stack expertise to the engineering team and establish best practices on code quality and processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver great products.
- Build confidence in our project delivery through automation, continuous integration and delivery, monitoring, and analytics.
- Provide timely and constructive feedbacks on architecture designs, code qualities and best practices to the engineering team.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external collaboration.
- A curious mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to various software environments and solutions.
- Proficiency in working with AI tools to enhance software capabilities.
- Experience in prompt engineering to optimize AI-driven applications.
- Experience in designing scalable, reliable, and secure software using various languages, frameworks, libraries, and technical environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years of client management experience as a senior consultant. Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP for backend development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and an eagerness to explore other methodologies like Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, TDD, BDD, or XP.
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:
- Native Cloud Computing
- Event Stream Processing (Kafka, etc...)
- Rule Engines (IBM ODM, Drools, Camunda etc...)
- Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, etc...)
- Container Driven Development
- Flutter
- React Native
- NextJS
- NestJS
