Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor and control works program and activities for bored pile projects including:
- Lead project team in day-today operations
- Monitor project budget
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients and relevant authorities
- Chair and attend site meetings
- Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on-site
- Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent, recognised by PEB Singapore.
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in bored piling works.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work with employees at all levels
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
