Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, support event on IT and AV matters, IT asset clearance, etc.
- Configures, tests, maintain LAN/WAN, wireless equipment, and related services.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Maintain network, CCTV system, workstation, servers, and notebooks within company.
- Reporting network operational status and managing projects.
- Create and maintain documentation, purchases, and services.
- Other operations support.
Period:
- Contract, 6 months
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm
Salary:
- Up to $4,000

- Boon Lay
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field of study
- Must be independent, discreet, able to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills
