Job Scope: The Head Waiter performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, energetic and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction in order to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again. 1. Knows and uses the service guidelines by the brand guideline. 2. Prompt, and courteous greeting of customers 3. Take orders and deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner 4. Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations and obtain the feedback of the customer 5. Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines 6. Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers 7. Ensure food quality and consistency is delivered at all times 8. Manage the set up and close down of tables within section 9. Divide restaurant into sections for each shift and ensure fair allocations
