Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Inventory Manager located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible forecast daily inventory and keep it at optimal levels. You'll manage order processing, stock transfers, and requests from other departments, and ensure month-end records are accurate.

Your job includes monitoring inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock, coordinating with purchasing and production teams, and conducting regular inventory checks. You'll analyse data and create reports for better decision-making and suggest improvements to cut costs.

You'll work with different teams to solve inventory issues and improve processes. It's important to follow regulatory and company policies, especially for food safety. Additionally, you'll train and support the inventory team.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role, preferably in the foodservice/ food manufacturing industry
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
