Responsibilities:
-Greet and escort customers to their tables.
-Present menus and explain menu items.
-Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
-Heat up/ garnish food
-Pour drinks
-Serve food and beverages promptly.
-Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
-Prepare and process customer bills.
-Handle payments and operate POS systems.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
-Assist in cleaning of dishes
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Good communication skills in English
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Full-time/part-time can be discussed
Able to stand for long periods, and fit to carry lifting trays of food
