A Field Service Engineer demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. The position reports to Site Manager/ Lead Engineer on onsite/project base activities.
Responsible for on-site installation, initial testing, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of customer systems.
Independently performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Refers complex, unusual problems to others. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
Performs on-site technical and operational support in development, installation and maintenance of equipment and systems of complex nature.
Completes and submits detailed reports covering al job activity timely.
Clearly and professionally interact with co-work/customer on status of activities on daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
