We are looking for an IT Project manager who can manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.
Project Overview:
- End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation is a project under the Global Market Resilience program aiming to standardise Equity Derivatives processing in China.
- The project's end objective is to achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend the functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operational processing model and technical stack for the ITO. The project entails a transformation in how the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Overall IT PM for the program.
- IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
- Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
- Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
- Test management for the front-to-finance chain
- Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 Years of Project Management Experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in economic or finance
- Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
- Transversal front-to-back project implementation experience – Exposure to referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, and group reporting chains
- PM expertise managing large transversal IT programs > 2-3 Mi SGD in budget is mandatory
- Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context
- Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identifying gaps and proposing resolutions Knowledge of Trade life cycle
- Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
