Job Description:
- Cooperate with suppliers to negotiate material and order costs, and compile cost reports for invoices and bargain to get the best rates possible
- Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers.
- Coordinate and develop together with Production raw material requirements and arrange material movement
- Administer the supplier list to ensure it is being updated, graded and approved by management and provide additional administrative support for team members as needed
- Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts
- Support follow-up issues arise with shipments or orders that are incorrect or late
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
