Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with hands-on experiences in payroll processing but not limited to compensation & benefits administration and recruitment
- Payroll: must have hands-on experiences handling full cycle of monthly payroll with fixed basic + commission structure with accuracy, monthly CPF submission, IR8A and IR21 processing
- Responsible for timely payment and submission of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, CPF, FWL waiver.
- Manage and maintain periodical surveys required by Government agencies and updating of Occupational Employment Dataset monthly
- Employee Relations: able to handle employee grievances with strict confidentiality and advise line managers on the best HR practices and address employees’ queries on HR services and applications
- Foreign workers: Familiar with processing of work visas applications / renewals / cancellations
- HRIS: Maintain and update employee information in HRIS
- Adhoc duties as required
- Submission of tax clearance, yearly income tax, government paid leave, NS claims and other government claims.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of HR generalist knowledge, with good understanding of statutory laws
- People oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active self-starter, meticulous and able to handle confidential information
- I.T. savvy and proficient in Info-Tech, SAP and MS Office
- Great team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision
