Quantity Surveyor

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (Subjected to Changes):
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- To prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows.
- To review and revised contract terms and conditions.
- To call for quotations, prepare and compile tender documents.
- Submit proposal costing - Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
- Prepare of progress payments and final accounts.
- Quality take-off estimating, pricing, tender support submission and quantity measurement.
- Negotiation with subcontractors and main contractors
- Any other contracts related work as assigned by the supervisor
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under tight schedules
- Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
- Proficient in IT applications
