Job Description:
- Coordinate with technicians and customers for appointments
- Responding to client queries via phone calls and emails
- Scheduling of appointment and staff deployment
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Coordinating with the Comms department to create promotional events and campaigns
- Prepare quotations and process work order for customers
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level / Diploma
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences
