Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (Subjected to Changes):
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- handle phone calls, emails and walk-ins
- Data entry and filing
- Checking and preparing documents such as contracts etc
- purchasing of materials
- coordination of daily operations requirements
- Any other administrative related work as assigned by the supervisor
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under tight schedules
- Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
- Proficient in IT applications especially in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
