Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (Subjected to Changes):

 Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break



The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

  • handle phone calls, emails and walk-ins
  • Data entry and filing
  • Checking and preparing documents such as contracts etc
  • purchasing of materials
  • coordination of daily operations requirements
  • Any other administrative related work as assigned by the supervisor


The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under tight schedules
  • Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
  • Proficient in IT applications especially in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
