What will you do?
• Take great care of our guests to ensure their best experience with us; from the moment they arrive, through menu and specials introduction, to feedback gathering
• Take orders from our guests, having in mind their special food requirements
• Oversee the proper order and flow of the service to make our guests experience smooth
• Help our guests grill the meat and serve the beverage and food
• Make sure your working station is properly prepared before the service and well-maintained during the service
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
Take orders and process payment transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Work well and confidently under pressure during peak hours
Attend to customer's queries and feedback
Assist in other areas of operations when required
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
