Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ order enquiries and update customers on their orders shipping status.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and resolve any problems.
- Maintain documentations such as quotations and purchase orders.
- Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or NITEC in any discipline.
- With 1 year of customer service or order processing experience.
- Comfortable to work on one Saturday per month.
