Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ order enquiries and update customers on their orders shipping status.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and resolve any problems.
  • Maintain documentations such as quotations and purchase orders.
  • Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or NITEC in any discipline.
  • With 1 year of customer service or order processing experience.
  • Comfortable to work on one Saturday per month.
