Position Title: Information Technology Director
Department: Innovation and Sustainability
Reports To: Chief of Technology and Chief Executive Officer
This role focuses on driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and promoting sustainability in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovation and sustainability strategies aligned with Hotel101 Global’s goals.
- Take charge of the Hotel101 app and other technological systems, driving innovation and sustainability across the organization.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of initiatives.
- Work across departments to ensure the seamless integration of new initiatives.
- Guarantee all practices meet ESG industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Preferrably post-graduate degree in Innovation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation, sustainability, or related roles
- Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting tools.
