- Responsible for onboarding process such as conducting orientation, creating new employee records in HRIS; and enrolling insurance coverage for new joiners
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition between the various stages with the right processes, documentation and information.
- Maintain employee personal files and employees database for records purposes
- Maintenance of time management system for third-party labour
- Administer all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM
- Assist manager on employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence etc. by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed
- Be a central point of contact for the employees for all HR related matters
- Provide administrative support on leave, benefits, government grants and claims etc.
- Ensure adherence to HR procedures, practices, systems and regulations
- Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time
- Support general HR related administration
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, strong in following up and following through
- Independent, resourceful and proactive team-player
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Sensitive in handling all confidential information
