Officer (Telesales) - 1 Year Contract
- Presenting and promoting insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Work closely with Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets in the relevant products, through tele-sales calls.
- To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
- Handle customer’s objection professionally and to conduct sales call in a persuasive and engaging manner with customers to ensure closure.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly.
Qualification
- A minimum of 'O' Level or higher.
- Candidate must be certified with BCP and PGI in order to provide advice or promote our insurance products.
- Team player and self-motivated individual.
