1. Ensure all activities within the department is in proper.
2. Co-ordinated and team members are briefed daily during each shift.
3. Ensure the daily operations are run in an order and proper manner.
4. Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest's satisfication.
5. Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
6. Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
7. Ensure guests are properly served and ensure that staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.
8. Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of work load.
