We are seeking an experienced Front End UI Software Development Tech Lead to join our client’s dynamic team in BAHRAIN, in the Middle East. As a Front End UI Software Development Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing software development projects, ensuring successful delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in leading software development teams as well as still being hands-on yourself, coding day to day and communication skills will be essential.
Job Description:
- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications.
- Develop and maintain complex AngularJS and ReactJS applications, ensuring high-quality code and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a front-end developer, with expertise in AngularJS and ReactJS.
- Tech Lead experience, leadings teams of 3-6 or more software engineers.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
