The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company’s growth through the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing clients. This role involves identifying market opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Sales & Marketing strategies, plans and procedures
- Develop new approaches to market access
- Assist with the conduct of sales calls
- Maintain, update and monitor sales records
- Provide customer feedback to technical team to improve product
- Prepare Marketing Materials in accordance to Go-to-market strategy
- Meet Quarterly Sales targets
- Any ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales and actions plan, preferably in medical-related.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably have strong contacts in medical industries
