Job Description
- Define and lead the CRO strategy across brand websites and booking platforms.
- Oversee weekly website performance reporting and develop action plans.
- Establish and implement CRO best practices to achieve targets.
- Implement revenue management best practices for products.
- Identify, test, and implement new development opportunities.
- Lead continuous test and learn programs for booking journeys.
- Support regional strategic projects like yield management and dynamic pricing.
- Optimize presence on third-party platforms and marketplaces.
- Identify and trial new third-party platform opportunities.
- Manage the eCommerce Executive to ensure optimal website management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience implementing digital roadmaps in Asia for a global company.
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce performance metrics.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Optimize.
- Proficient in Excel for creating reports and analyzing data.
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environments and changing priorities.
- Efficient organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proven initiative and accountability in delivering change.
- Experience with the Accesso platform are favorable.
- Experience in the leisure/entertainment industry is a plus.
