Responsibilities: -
1. Perform routine maintenance and repair to ensure equipment functions properly and efficiently.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues and faults with equipment or systems.
3. Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
5. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding electrical systems and equipment, both on-site and remotely.
6. Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve system performance or meet new specifications.
7. Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and departments to coordinate projects and ensure smooth operations.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
9. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
10. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment or systems.
11. Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
12. Prepare and submit service reports which indicate details of work performed, issues identified and the resolutions.
13. Build and maintain positive relationship with customers through professional and efficient service.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by department heads or supervisors, as and when required.
